Austria
CENTRE FOR SOCIAL INNOVATION (CSI) a is a private, not-for-profit research institute associated with the University of Natural Resources and Applied Life Sciences (BOKU) in Vienna. CSI activities are concentrated on thematic priorities concerning the transformation to the Information Society and its knowledge base.

CENTRE FOR INFORMATION VOCATIONAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING (CIVET) CIVET offers research including the ICT field, training, and event organization services in Albania. ALBANIAN STUDIES AND EDUCATION INSTITUTE IN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (ISSETI): ISSETI’s main activity is the delivery of training on Information Technology issues. In the SEEInnovation project, ISSETI carried out a survey of ICT SMEs capabilities and needs in Albania, organized IST Mentoring workshop in Albania and facilitated the partnering coaching activities that involve ICT SMEs
