Project results & papers

The main results of SCORE are as follows:

1. ICT Strategic Research Agendas for the following Western Balkan countries:

• Albania
• Bosnia-Herzegovina
• Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia
• Serbia

Each ICT Strategic Research Agenda will define the ICT research priorities of the country following a broad consultation process with affected ICT stakeholders.

2. A Policy Paper with “Recommendations for shaping EU scientific co-operation with the Western Balkan Region in the field of ICT research: 2007-2013”.

The Policy Paper will match the identified research priorities in the region to FP7 priorities, and identify areas in which there is mutual EU-Western Balkan interest in addressing important ICT technological opportunities and socio-economic challenges.


The above project results aim to provide key input to EU RTD policy makers to define realistic EU research policies for the Western Balkan region.

The documents will be delivered within the first 15 months of the project, and will be downloadable (together with other project results) from this section of the SCORE portal.
